Adwerx

MHAworks was hired to complete an interior upfit and alteration to Adwerx, a digital marketing company with office space in the American Tobacco Campus in downtown Durham. Adwerx was searching for a unique and open office space that would foster a collaborative working environment, as well as custom-designed furniture and signage to showcase their brand.

The office was originally two separate suites. MHAworks reworked the two existing suites to create a large, open-office space. The project also included construction of new interior partitions, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, power, and data.
