UNC Eastowne Medical Office Building

UNC Eastowne is the first six-story medical office building and 1,100 car parking structure on the new 48-acre campus in Chapel Hill. The medical office building houses specialty practices such as cardiology, pulmonary, endocrinology, hematology, and more. There is also a urology clinic, outpatient imaging, and laboratory. Other amenities include a café kiosk and retail pharmacy.

The UNC Health Eastowne campus is a destination site designed to provide a calming experience for its guests and an uplifting work environment for its employees. It is an appealing addition to the experience of travelling in and out of Chapel Hill on the 15-501 corridor. UNC Health Eastowne’s location optimizes visibility and creates a welcoming, urban gateway for this project and the Town. Using structured parking, the initial development minimizes its footprint and associated impervious surface area to allow a more compact, walkable campus with open and green spaces.
