The Town of Chapel Hill Approves Conditional Zoning Application for Homestead Gardens

MHAworks is pleased to announce that the Chapel Hill Town Council unanimously approved the Conditional Zoning application for the Homestead Gardens housing development on Town-owned land at 2200 Homestead Road.
It has been our pleasure to collaborate with Town staff, Coulter Jewel Thames, PA, and each development partner (Self-Help, CASA, Community Home Trust, and Habitat for Humanity of Orange County) over the last four years to advance the Town’s affordable housing goals for underserved populations in our community.
We look forward to working in partnering with the development team on the project’s next steps, as we move together toward breaking ground.
