Willow Tree Office

WillowTree, located in Bay 9 of the American Tobacco campus in downtown Durham, hired MHAworks to renovate their 5,000-square-foot office space. Featured amenities of the space include a collaborative open break area with a bar, four phone huddle spaces, and four larger conference rooms.

The staff utilize the collaborative work areas to promote the sharing of ideas, as well as lounge areas for work-play balance and creativity. This space also has vaulted ceilings and exposed brick walls that work in unison not only as a nod to the historic aspect of the space, but also to the open and revitalized aesthetic of the modern American Tobacco campus.
