The Landing Office & Club House

Located just a few moments away from East Carolina University’s (ECU) campus, The Landing Student Living serves as a home for many of ECU’s off-campus students. MHAworks renovated the 10,000 square foot leasing office and club house to create a bright, welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

The leasing office was redesigned to include a large concierge desk, two private offices, and a seating area. A room previously housing a dispiriting fitness center was converted into an inviting social lounge equipped with a new kitchenette, comfortable seating areas, a pool table and shuffleboard, and modern glass garage doors that open to the existing pool deck. The once underutilized club house was transformed into a large fitness center with a private yoga studio and top-of-the-line equipment.
