Bauhaus South Slopes Townhomes

Sitting on more than half an acre at the southeastern edge of downtown Asheville’s Central Business District, Bauhaus South Slopes is Asheville’s first downtown townhome community. The community was designed to be an infill building set in a challenging urban site. The goal of the project was to expand housing options in downtown Asheville to accommodate the city’s growing population.

The townhome community is comprised of three buildings with 17 three-bedroom units inside. Each unit has an open floor plan that features a large kitchen island and expansive windows so that residents can let a lot of natural lighting into their homes. Each property has views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and downtown Asheville from the rooftop patios. These patios will provide residents with 820 square feet of outdoor living space.
