Johnathan Schmitt

Johnathan Schmitt joined the Greenville office in 2019 after previously working as a superintendent and inspector for multiple building development projects across North Carolina. Although Johnathan performs a variety of different tasks in his role, he specializes in ADA surveys and construction administration.

Johnathan’s favorite part of his job is the multi-faceted nature of his role and the connections that he forms with design teams and with clients. He enjoys handling all aspects of project, from the early design phase to managing the construction administration of projects.
