MHAworks Completes The Landings

MHAworks recently completed one of Asheville’s newest condominium communities, The Landings. Located across the street from New Belgium Brewing, The Landings offers high-end condominium living just a few minutes away from downtown Asheville, North Carolina. 

This state-of-the-art building consists of 40-unit condominiums with studio, one-, and two-bedroom homes ranging from 550 to 1,500 square feet. Each unit has been designed with open layouts, full kitchens, and a balcony overlooking the nature surrounding the building. Additionally, residents will have access to various amenities including outdoor community areas, secured parking, parking spots with storage, and separate lobby level storage.
