Greenville Division 2 Equipment Shop for NCDOT Complete

Needing the critical functions of a new office and equipment shop as well as the opportunity to expand in the future, we recently finished another facility for North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT). Our relationship with the NCDOT has grown over the last 15+ years, and this new shop will make 5+ equipment shops we have done for this client.

Located in Greenville, NC, this shop features 32,700 square feet of office space, storage areas, service rooms, utility rooms, restrooms. This $8.2 million project also includes 12 long bays each at 75 feet for mechanical and specialty use and clerestory windows that provide more natural lighting inside of the shop.
