Richard Barlow, CDT, LEED AP BD+C

Richard Barlow joined MHAworks in 2005. Richard received his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design from East Carolina University. As a LEED Accredited Project Manager, Richard is actively involved in all phases of project development, design, production, construction administration, and is able to efficiently navigate a project through the LEED certification process while keeping the project on time and under budget. Richard has worked on a variety of building types including educational, residential, commercial, religious, institutional, and recreational facilities, many of which were renovations. Richard is an active member of the Triangle Chapter for the USGBC. As an avid photographer, Richard is also involved with the Durham Arts Council, and frequently shows his work in local art events.
