The Sawyer Motor Building, located in Asheville, North Carolina was constructed
in 1927 as an automobile dealership. MHA
works designed new use for the historic
building and it was converted to residential condominiums on the third and fourth
floors with interior parking on the second floor. The ground floor was converted
to retail space and a health spa.
