Historical Restoration of public market stalls in a glazed terra cotta, granite and green antique marble exterior
building constructed in 1925 and spanning 290,000 SF. Master Planning involved market,
office and hotel options. The Grove Arcade houses 54 public market spaces, 18,000 SF
of office space and 47 luxury apartments. MHA
