works designed this 120,000 SF downtown Chapel Hill parking garage
and public plaza to provide alternative locations for a variety of municipal
gatherings. The rooftop plaza, featuring natural areas and a public park which
is used by employees in the downtown Chapel Hill area on a daily basis and by
residents throughout the year. Sustainability features include, natural lighting,
ventilation, safety, and a green roof top plaza.
