Brauer Hall
The renovations to Brauer Hall involved a $12.5 million renovation to 104,000 sf of the facility, including the ground, first, third and fourth floor. The project included replacement of the mechanical air handling units serving the area, electrical, plumbing, telecommunications and fire protection. A sprinkler system was installed on all five floors and all exterior windows were replaced. The existing restrooms were surveyed and it was determined that there were too few fixtures and they were not code compliant. New restrooms were constructed across the lobby and the existing restroom space was redesigned and became electrical and telecommunications rooms.
